Refunds

This document describes our current practices and has not been reviewed by an attorney.

Who issues refunds

Refunds under this policy are issued by EEE International LLC, a California limited liability company, 888 Prospect St Suite 200, La Jolla, CA 92037. Phantom Era is a brand of EEE International LLC, and "Phantom Era", "we", "us" and "our" mean EEE International LLC. Card statements show EEE INTL* PHANTOMERA.

How projects are paid

Fixed-price work is paid in full up front, as published on the pricing page. Payment reserves your slot and starts the work immediately.

Before we start

Haven't started yet? Full refund, no questions. If you pay and then change your mind before we begin design or build work, email us and the whole payment goes back to you.

After work has started

Payments are final once we start work on your project. That said, we are fair: if you stop the project midway, we look at what has actually been built, keep only what covers that work, and send back the rest.

If we cannot finish

If we stop the project for our own reasons and cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund you.

After launch

Payment covers the build and launch. Your domain, brand kit files, content and email accounts are yours; the website itself stays a managed product we build and run. Work that is finished and delivered has been paid for and stays paid for. If something we built is broken, we fix it — that is not a refund question, it is our job.

Care plans

Care plans are $75/mo with no long-term contract. Cancel by telling us and the plan ends at the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund part-months.

How to ask

Email tech@phantomera.dev with your project name. We will respond and settle it in writing.
