Who you are contracting with

This site and all work described here are operated by EEE International LLC, a California limited liability company, 888 Prospect St Suite 200, La Jolla, CA 92037. Phantom Era is a brand of EEE International LLC, and "Phantom Era", "we", "us" and "our" mean EEE International LLC. Card statements show EEE INTL* PHANTOMERA.

What we agree to

When you accept a quote, you are buying a defined scope at a published fixed price — for example a Brand Kit, a Website, a bundle of both, a care plan, or a custom build. The scope of your project is whatever we put in writing to you before you pay. Anything outside that written scope is new work, quoted separately, and never billed as a surprise.

Payment

Fixed-price projects are paid in full up front, the terms published on our pricing page. Payment reserves your build slot and starts the work. Care plans are billed monthly at $75 and can be cancelled by telling us; they are not a long-term contract.

What you own

You own your domain, your brand kit — logo artwork in the formats we deliver, label art and print-ready files — your content and your email accounts. Those are yours forever, and if you ever leave they go with you. The website itself is built and run by us as a managed product: we host it, maintain it and keep it fast, secure and live, and the site code stays ours. We do not hold domains, accounts, or brand files hostage.

What we need from you

Timelines assume you get us content, access, and feedback when we ask. If a project goes quiet on your side, the launch date moves; the price does not change. If you have licensed fonts, photography, or trademarks you want used, you confirm you have the right to use them.

Revisions and changes after launch

Every fixed-price project includes revision rounds within the agreed scope. Once the site is live, content edits are covered by a care plan — send them and we make them. Brand-new pages and features are quoted flat as separate work. Care plans are available for websites we build.

Cancellation

Either of us can stop a project. What happens to money already paid is covered on the refund policy page.

Portfolio

We may show work we have shipped for you on this site as part of our portfolio. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will take it down.

Acceptable use of this site

The enquiry forms and the chat are for genuine project enquiries. The peptide supplier sourcing form is research-use-only and requires you to confirm that before submitting.
